Upon payment, KeV Medical Imaging grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to install and use ScanMyWarehouse on the number of PCs specified by your plan for the license period (typically one year). This license is for your internal business use only.

Your license key is hardware-locked to your PC. If you replace your PC, contact support@scanmywarehouse.com with your order ID for a key transfer (one transfer per license period at no charge).
Licenses expire after the period stated at purchase. After expiry the software enters read-only mode. You must purchase a renewal to restore full functionality. Renewal pricing is the same as the original purchase price.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@scanmywarehouse.com with your order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KEV MEDICAL IMAGING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KEV MEDICAL IMAGING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KeV Medical Imaging is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
