Upon payment, ScanMyWarehouse grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to install and use ScanMyWarehouse on the number of PCs specified by your plan for the license period (typically one year). This license is for your internal business use only.

Your license key is hardware-locked to your PC. If you replace your PC, contact support@scanmywarehouse.com with your order ID for a key transfer (one transfer per license period at no charge).
Licenses expire after the period stated at purchase. After expiry the software enters read-only mode. You must purchase a renewal to restore full functionality. Renewal pricing is the same as the original purchase price.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, including the as-is disclaimer below, and you agree to purchase the software in its current state. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

It is not designed, tested, or approved for any safety-critical, medical, regulatory-compliance, or life-critical application. Do not rely on this software for any purpose where errors could cause harm.
